Founder & CEO
Kevin is a leading urban planning strategist who founded APS to work with stakeholders across New York State and revolutionize environmental reporting through the use of automation.
Laura Kenny Kent
Partner & Principal
Laura is an urban planning veteran who has steered harbor plans, zoning overhauls, and waterfront revitalizations across the New York region, combining deep technical know-how with a talent for guiding multi-stakeholder projects from concept to adoption.
Daniel Hillary
Principal Engineer
Daniel is a data scientist and automation engineer who leads APS's automation projects. His mission is to enable planners to focus on planning by creating tools to automate data collection and compilation.
Fernando Ruiz
Senior Planner
Fernando is a published author and urbanist with considerable experience in NYC municipal government. He leads our community planning and environmental reporting projects in the five boroughs.
Raya DerBedrossian
Associate Planner
Raya is a UCLA graduate with past experiences working in Los Angeles municipal government and with U.S. House Representative Adam Schiff.
